Use Shopcade!

Recently, thanks to the E-TailPR bloggers network, I have found out about Shopcade! Shopcade is a website a little like Pinterest, but it's all about shopping! You can create wishlists and keep all those items you love in one place (so you don't forget about anything like I usually do). You'll also be notified about the best deals and products which might be suited to you.

I've been on Shopcade and had a good look at all their products and here are some of my favourites:

Clockwise: moustache necklace, spot blazer, suede driving shoes, USB hub expansion bus and ice cream tee.

E-TailPR bloggers network are currently holding a contest which ends on the 28th June where you could win an amazing £200 to spend at Asos and £200 for a retailer of your choice at Shopcade so it's definitely worth getting involved. All you need to do is go have a good look at Shopcade, like I have and write about it!

Let us know what you like about Shopcade and the products you've found by using the website. Also, if you're not a member of E-TailPR bloggers network, then I recommend you sign up.

Find out about the contest rules here.

Finally, don't forget Google Friends will be gone soon, so you'll no longer be able to follow my blog using that, so please check out my Bloglovin'!

Refreshing My Room with Laura Ashley

Hi everyone! How have you been?

The Quarter-Life Tales of Annie Beans is hosting an amazing giveaway! You could win £1000 to refresh your room, thanks to Laura Ashley. My room definitely needs a refresh! I've got a lot of furniture which has been passed down to me, but I am trying to make it my own (it's a bit embarrassing really)...

As you can see, it's a bit of a muddle at the moment. I've got my special money saving jar which I received from my boyfriend. That's my favourite piece in my room. If I was lucky enough to get the chance to refresh my room, I'd love these items:

Clockwise: Alberton Upholstered Chair, Alice Bed & Open Coil Mattress, Ceramic Roses Ringholder, Bramley Dressing Table Set and the Bramley 2 Door Wardrobe.
I love anything which is shabby chic or quaint (like a lot of Laura Ashley's furniture) and think it always looks beautiful and romantic. My dream bed room would be cream, floral and stylish because I think it's so relaxing which is important for the place you sleep.

Alberton Upholstered Chair I always think that a good arm chair in the bedroom can look so trendy! I'd place it near my window so I can sit near the sunlight and read one of my favourite books.

Alice Bed & Open Coil Mattress I am desperate for a bed with headboard and footboard! I love the metal bed frame and it'd go perfectly with my pretty and elegant wallpaper. This would definitely help me with having a good night's sleep.

Ceramic Roses Ringholder This is very cute. I love the roses at the base of it (I'm a sucker for anything floral). I have a lot of rings and need somewhere to put them.

Bramley Dressing Table Set  I've always longed for a dressing table set, from when I was a little girl. It's a vital piece of furniture I'm missing from my room.

Bramley 2 Door Wardrobe I'd have to get this and the Bramley Dressing Table Set because they match. As I said before, I love shabby chic and this would be great to hang all my demure dresses.

Do you like the items I selected? There's loads of wonderful items at Laura Ashley so go and take a look. If you'd like to have a go at this giveaway, take a look at Annie Bean's blog.
